JOHN MACPHERSON
The company was established and is run by John Macpherson who was previously the development manager with Cramond Estates Limited,
responsible for several office and industrial development projects
in the South-east of England in centres including:
* Bracknell
* Harlow
* Woking
* Wokingham
* Stevenage
* Windsor.
Prior to joining Cramond, John Macpherson spent several years in commercial property real estate agency, mainly in London and latterly
with Richard Ellis, now CB Richard Ellis, in their central London offices.
He moved with Richard Ellis to South Africa during the early 1980s to manage and develop the firm's industrial and development division.
Soon afterwards, he became involved in direct development, mainly in the offices & business park sector in South Africa, before returning to London in 1988.
